Complaint Procedure

We ensure that all nursing professionals, clients and partner organizations can submit complaints or concerns confidentially at any time. Our complaint process is transparent, non-discriminatory and fully compliant with the „Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany“ Seal.

How to submit a complaint

You may submit a complaint through the following channels:

Processing time

  • Every complaint will be reviewed within 5 working days.
  • Complainants will receive feedback on the status and next steps.

Non-retaliation

No person will suffer any disadvantages or retaliation for submitting a complaint or concern.

Whistleblower Channel (HinSchG)

An internal whistleblower channel has been established in accordance with §12 HinSchG for companies with more than 50 employees. All reports are treated confidentially.
